"Having rented in London for a decade, it was refreshing to finally find a Letting Agent like Grapevine. Renting in London can be stressful, but having the ability to talk to Agents directly was a huge plus for us. From move-in to our last day, they have been quick to respond to our requests. Our boiler broke a couple of times during our 2 years in our flat and, each time, Grapevine sorted the problem quickly, even being available out of hours to help us. Their agents are friendly and knowledgeable. We really didn't feel like they were trying to get as much money as possible from us, which has been the case with larger companies. They've been flexible where they could be with things like contract renewals and move out dates too. Other letting agents could learn a lot from these guys. Highly recommend!"
